Tenant shall observe and comply with the rules and regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit 7.4, and all reasonable modifications thereof and additions thereto from time to time put into effect by Landlord (the “Rules and Regulations”). Landlord shall not enforce the Rules and Regulations against Tenant in a discriminatory manner. Tenant shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will create waste or a nuisance, or which shall tend to unreasonably disturb other tenants of the Building.
