The estimated cost of the total contract (inclusive of all lots) is $384,270 which is based on the value of all of the current contracts. Landscape Maintenance Services. Contractor shall provide MST with Landscape Maintenance Services as outlined in the Scope of Work in Attachment A, IFB #24-03 for Landscape Maintenance Services and as outlined by Contractor in Attachment , Contractor Proposal.

Landscape Maintenance Services. A. Pest Control (including insect and disease control): i. Pesticide applications shall be made in accordance with the rules and regulations governing use of pesticides in Florida. The Contractor shall be properly trained and licensed for commercial spraying. All employees engaged in pesticide applications shall have a Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services license or ID card to apply pesticides. ii. Upon award, the Contractor shall provide a written program(s) to manage all insect, weed and disease problems. iii. The Contractor shall post alerts and notify pesticide-sensitive persons (if applicable) of the pesticide application. iv. The methods of application of pesticides shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. If any turf and/or plant materials are damaged or killed by insects, diseases, applied chemicals and /or if hardscapes are stained, then the Contractor shall be responsible for all said costs of repairs and/or replacement. v. All pest control applications shall be made within the principles of IPM and all treatments needed shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional charges.
