Language of the Contract合同的语言. This Contract shall be written in both Chinese and English. Both language versions shall be equally authentic. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. 本合同以中英文书写，两种文本具有同等效力。如中英文本之间存在差异，应以中文文本为准。
