Ability to work closely with others in technical matters, ability to maintain a sense of control under pressure of emergency conditions and be able to work in small groups where teamwork is essential in maintaining the accuracy of work. Must be able to speak, understand and comprehend the English language. Basic mathematical skills as related to the water industry. Must be able to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and schematics. Ability to effectively present information to management. Good physical health. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or operate objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, xxxxxx or crawl, talk and/or hear. The employee must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include normal eyesight with or without glasses. The individual must be capable of long periods of sitting, standing or walking associated with office or field conditions. Must be able to work in confined areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be exposed to inclement weather, traffic, unsafe conditions on customer premises, open excavations, moving machinery, working in high places, explosive gas, poisonous gas, poisonous plants and/or insects while in the field. LANGUAGE SKILLS. Recognizing that Japanese language skills will be necessary for personnel working at the New Y2 Facility, SanDisk shall seek to minimize the number of SanDisk New Y2 JV Engineers seconded to the New Y2 Facility who are not highly proficient in Japanese, and SanDisk shall ensure that those members of the SanDisk Team who are not Japanese speakers receive some language training in Japanese at SanDisk’s cost before being sent to work at the New Y2 Facility and SanDisk shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such language training is appropriate to such SanDisk Team member’s position at the New Y2 Facility.
LANGUAGE SKILLS. Recognizing that Japanese language skills will be necessary for personnel working at the K1 Facility, WD shall seek to minimize the number of K1 JV Engineers seconded by WD or any of its Affiliates to the K1 Facility who are not highly proficient in Japanese, and WD shall ensure that those members of the WD Team who are not Japanese speakers receive some language training in Japanese at WD’s cost before being sent to work at the K1 Facility and WD shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such language training is appropriate to such WD Team member’s position at the K1 Facility.
LANGUAGE SKILLS. All employees of the Hospital will be expected to continue to use language skills which they possess within their own department in carrying out job duties within their department. It is not the intention that the Interpreter would relieve those positions.
