Common use of Languages and Authentic Texts Clause in Contracts

Languages and Authentic Texts. This Agreement is drawn up in duplicate in the Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish languages, each of those texts being equally authentic. In the event of a contradiction, reference shall be made to the language in which this Agreement was negotiated.
