LAPSE OF CONSENT. In the event that Landlord consents to a proposed Transfer described in the Transfer Notice and Tenant fails to execute and deliver the assignment or sublease described in the Transfer Notice to which Landlord consented within one hundred twenty (120) days after the giving of such consent, then Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of § 17.2 above before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.
