Large Gatherings Sample Clauses

The Large Gatherings clause sets out rules and restrictions regarding the hosting or occurrence of events involving a significant number of people on the premises. Typically, it defines what constitutes a 'large gathering'—such as events exceeding a specified number of attendees—and may require prior written consent from the property owner or impose additional conditions like security measures or insurance. This clause helps manage risks associated with large groups, such as property damage, noise complaints, or liability issues, by ensuring that such events are properly controlled and authorized.
