Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner's advanced approval. d. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. e. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.
