Common use of Large Unit Clause in Contracts

Large Unit. 14.5.1 A Clinical Academic appointed to undertake the additional responsibilities associated with the management of a large unit will be required to maintain an active clinical role within the Clinical Academic's specialty, and in addition to the criteria identified for a small unit/sub-unit above, will be involved in the management of significant numbers and categories of subordinate staff and in some, but not necessarily all, of the following:
