Common use of LATE BIDS Clause in Contracts

LATE BIDS. Bids must be received at the location designated in the Solicitation at or before the date and time established in the Solicitation for the Bid opening or receipt of Bids. Any Bid received at the designated location after the established time will be considered a Late Bid. A Late Bid may be rejected and disqualified from award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Late Bid may be accepted in the Commissioner’s sole discretion where (i) no timely Bids meeting the requirements of the Solicitation are received,
