Common use of LATE BIDS Clause in Contracts

LATE BIDS. ‌ Any bid or bids received after time and date specified in the Bid Calendar will be returned to the bidder unopened. The responsibility for submitting a bid before the stated time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the bidder. The FSA is not responsible for delays caused by technical problems, any internet outages or unavailability other than instances in which the VeBa system is offline, delays incurred by mail or courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence.
