LATE FEES/ADMINISTRATIVE AND BOOKKEEPING FEES. If Tenant fails to make any payment to the Landlord within five (5) days of the due date, Landlord may collect an Administration and Bookkeeping fee of FIVE (5%) PERCENT of the payment due to the Landlord, but no greater than $50.00.
