Common use of Late or non-payment Clause in Contracts

Late or non-payment. If a payment is not made by a party in accordance with clause 4.4 or clause 4.6 then the party required to make the payment must pay interest on the amount for the period from the date the payment is due until the date of payment calculated in accordance with clause 4.8.
