Late Payments; Business Days; Currency. In the event that any amounts required to be paid hereunder are not paid when due, such amounts shall bear interest, to the extent permitted by applicable law, from the due date thereof to, but not including, the date such amount is paid, at the Overdue Rate. If any amount required to be paid hereunder is due on a day that is not a Business Day, such amount shall be paid on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if paid on the scheduled date of payment, and no interest shall accrue on the amount of such payment from and after such scheduled date to the time of payment on such next succeeding Business Day. All payment obligations by the parties hereto under the Operative Documents shall be payable in U.S. Dollars.
