Late Payments by the Corporate Taxpayer. The amount of all or any portion of any Tax Benefit Payment not made to the applicable Limited Partner when due under the terms of this Agreement shall be payable together with any interest thereon, computed at the Default Rate and commencing from the date on which such Exchange Payment was due and payable.
