Late Payments; Invoice Disputes. (a) If Service Recipient fails to pay any undisputed amount due to Service Provider hereunder by the due date for payment, Service Recipient shall pay interest on any outstanding amounts at the rate equal to the then applicable Prime Rate plus four percent (4%) (or the maximum rate under applicable Law, whichever is lower), from the due date for such payment until such payment is made in full.
