Late Rent. Rent is due on the 1st. Rent is late on or after the 2nd. If rent is not paid by the 1st, a 72-hour notice shall be issued by posting of said notice on the front door of the premises together with a first-class mailing of said notice to the subject premises on the same day. (required) Tenant may provide notice to landlord by mailing the notice by first class mail to landlord at the address designated in the rental agreement.
