Law Enforcement Employee Clothing. As deemed appropriate by the Incident Manager, Crime Scene Supervisor, or Interview Supervisor, any officer who discharged a firearm during the course of an Officer Involved Critical Incident, may be required to surrender his or her uniform and any outer-wear worn during the time of the incident.
