Law Enforcement Requests. If a law enforcement or other government entity (“Requesting Party”) contacts Screencastify with a request for Student Data held by Screencastify pursuant to the Services, Screencastify must notify LEA in advance of a compelled disclosure to the Requesting Party unless the Requesting Party lawfully directs Screencastify not to inform XXX of the request.
