LAW GOVERNING THIS COLLABORATION. This Collaboration shall be construed according to the laws for the time being in force in Malaysia. In the event of any dispute between the parties hereto, either party may give notice in writing to the other party informing the other party of the matter in dispute and requiring its settlement. The parties shall through their senior designated representatives commence good faith negotiations to resolve the said dispute. In the event the parties are unable to resolve the dispute in good faith within twenty-one (21) days of such notice, the said dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Malaysia for resolution.
