Common use of Law, Policy and Procedure, Licenses, and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Law, Policy and Procedure, Licenses, and Certificates. The Contractor agrees to administer this Agreement and require any subcontractors to administer their subcontracts in accordance with this Agreement, and with all applicable local, State, and federal laws and regulations including, but not limited to, discrimination, wages and hours of employment, occupational safety, and to fire, safety, health, and sanitation regulations, directives, guidelines, and/or manuals related to this Agreement and resolve all issues using good administrative practices and sound judgment. The Contractor and its subcontractors shall keep in effect all licenses, permits, notices, and certificates that are required by law.
