LAW THAT APPLIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. The provisions of this Agreement will be governed by (i) federal laws and regulations and (ii) the laws of Delaware to the extent Delaware laws are not preempted by federal laws or regulations and without regard to conflict of law principles. If a court decides not to enforce a part of this Agreement, this Agreement will then read as if the unenforceable or invalid part were not there. For Maryland residents, only to the extent federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware do not apply, this Agreement is governed by Title 12, Subtitle 9 of the Maryland Commercial Law Article.

LAW THAT APPLIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. We make the decision to grant credit and issue you a credit card from our office in Indiana. Indiana law will be used to interpret this Agreement. When federal law applies, federal law will be used instead of Indiana law. If any part of the Agreement is unenforceable this will not make any other part unenforceable.
LAW THAT APPLIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement is entered into between you and us in Georgia, and our decisions regarding the extension of credit to you are made in Georgia. Federal and Georgia law (other than its internal conflict of laws rules) will apply to any controversy, claim, or Dispute arising from or relating in any way to the subject matter of this Agreement and your Account, including, without limitation, statutory, equitable, and tort claims.

  • CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT We may change this Agreement, including (for example) changing the addresses and telephone numbers you should use to contact us, changing fees, adding new fees, changing the Daily Periodic Rates and corresponding APRs or increasing your required minimum payment. We may change this Agreement based on economic or market conditions, our business strategies or for any other reason (including reasons unrelated to you or your Account). Any changes we make to this Agreement may apply to new transactions and/or then-existing balances as described in any notice we are required to provide to you. We will notify you of changes to this Agreement as required by applicable law. We will mail any required written notice to the address we have on file for your Account.

  • Accepting this Agreement You accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement when your application is approved and we have created your Account/Card.

  • NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES —

  • AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT This Agreement may only be amended by the parties in writing.

  • Application of this Agreement 2.1 All facilities made available by the Bank to any Person in respect of a Card or a Card Account are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time subject to prior notice) and any other applicable terms and conditions. A Person becomes subject to such terms and conditions (if not already so subject) by signing, activating or using a Card or permitting its use.

  • Execution of this Agreement This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes.

  • TERMINATING THIS AGREEMENT You can terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and by discontinuing the use of your Logon ID. We can also terminate this Agreement and revoke access to Online Banking at any time. Whether you terminate the Agreement or we terminate the Agreement, the termination will not affect your obligations under this Agreement, even if we allow any transaction to be completed with your Logon ID after this Agreement has been terminated.

  • Terms of this Agreement The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement and all of the respective terms of this Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information of both Parties.

  • Modification of this Agreement This Agreement may not be modified, nor may compliance with any of its terms be waived, except as noted in Section 11.1, “Notices to Parties,” regarding change in personnel or place, and except by written instrument executed and approved in the same manner as this Agreement. Contractor shall cooperate with Department to submit to the Director of CMD any amendment, modification, supplement or change order that would result in a cumulative increase of the original amount of this Agreement by more than 20% (CMD Contract Modification Form).
