Common use of Lawful Use Clause in Contracts

Lawful Use. Lessee shall not permit the Aircraft to be maintained, used, or operated in violation of any Law of any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction, or contrary to any Manufacturer’s operating manuals and instructions, or in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license, registration or AD relating to the Aircraft issued by any such Governmental Entity. Lessee shall not cause or permit the Aircraft to proceed to, or remain at, any location which is then the subject of a prohibition order (or any similar order or directive), sanctions or restrictions by or under any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction over Lessee or the Aircraft.
