Common use of Lawful Uses Clause in Contracts

Lawful Uses. a. Customer agrees to use City's network only for lawful purposes. The transmission of any material in violation of any federal, state, or local laws or regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, material protected by trade secret, or material that is otherwise deemed by City to be inappropriate or improper, such as bulk e-mail messages.
