Common use of Lawn and Exterior Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Lawn and Exterior Maintenance. The party maintaining the lawn shall keep the lawn mowed and edged, beds free of weeds, shrubs trimmed, trash and grass clippings picked up on a regular basis (minimum of once every two weeks in growing season and fall leaf season) and shall keep the Premises, including the yard, lot, grounds, walkways and driveway clean and free of rubbish, trash and debris. Landlord shall be responsible for any other maintenance of the Premises or the Property required under O.C.G.A. 44-7-13.
