LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT. This Contract shall be governed by the Indian Laws for the time being in force and it shall be deemed to have been executed at Jaduguda, District Singhbhum (East), Jharkhand within the ordinary Civil Jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district of Singhbhum (East).
