Laws Governing Your Account. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all rules and regulations of applicable Federal law and the laws of the State where we maintain your account will govern your account and the interpretation of this Agreement. All deposits, items transmitted for collection, and any other transactions concerning your account are subject to applicable clearinghouse rules and Federal Reserve rules and regulations.
