Common use of Laws of Province Clause in Contracts

Laws of Province. Any obligation in this Agreement is subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable by-laws of the City, and those laws and by-laws apply to the interpretation of this Agreement, and any reference to a statute or by-law in this Agreement includes any subsequent amendments or replacement and substitution of that statute or by-law.
