Laws on Employees’ Invention. The Parties shall claim inventions of their employees conceived in the course of the collaboration contemplated by this Agreement according to the national laws applicable to employees’ invention as defined in Item D.9 hereunder, unless both Parties declare that they do not have any interest in the invention.
