For the actual regulatory or statutory requirements, the Subrecipient should consult the actual laws, regulations, and documents referenced in this Article. In addition to the other requirements set forth herein, the Subrecipient shall likewise comply with the applicable provisions of 24 CFR 576, in accordance with the type of project assisted. All of the referenced regulations are available online, and upon request, the City may provide these materials to the Subrecipient.
