The information in this Agreement is included for the convenience of the Subrecipient and to inform the Subrecipient of the diverse statutory and regulatory requirements to which the acceptance of funds makes them subject. For the actual regulatory or statutory requirements, the Subrecipient should consult the actual laws, regulations, and documents referenced in this Agreement. In addition to the other requirements set forth herein, the Subrecipient shall likewise comply with the applicable provisions of 31 CFR Part 35, in accordance with the type of project assisted. All of the referenced regulations are available online, and upon request, the City may provide these materials to the Subrecipient.
