Layoff - Determination of Employees Effected. The Employer further agrees that when any lay-offs occur, the personnel to be affected by such lay-offs shall be decided upon by the Employer. The Employer must lay off Employees from the Auxiliary Roster prior to laying off Employees from the Department Roster.
