Where the Board considers that for educational, organizational or budgetary reasons it is necessary to reduce the total number of teachers employed by the Board, it shall be done in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to interfere with the Board's authority regarding suspension, dismissal or termination of teaching personnel pursuant to section 15 of the School Act.
