Common use of Layout and Field Engineering Clause in Contracts

Layout and Field Engineering. 11.4.1 All field engineering required for layout of this Work and establishing grades for earthwork operations shall be furnished by Developer at its expense. This Work shall be done by a qualified, California-registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor approved in writing by District and Architect.
