Layout and Field Engineering. All field engineering required for laying out of this Work and establishing grades for earthwork operations shall be furnished by Contractor at its expense. Such Work shall be done by a licensed surveyor or qualified engineer. Any required Record Drawings of site development shall be prepared by the approved licensed surveyor or qualified engineer.
