Common use of LC Fees Clause in Contracts

LC Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Lender (subject to Section 2.13(g)(iii)), a letter of credit fee at a rate per annum equal to the LC Fee Rate on such Xxxxxx’s Pro Rata Share of the undrawn stated amount of all Facility LCs outstanding from time to time, payable in arrears on the last day of each March, June, September and December and on the Final Termination Date (and, if applicable, thereafter on demand). The Borrower also agrees to pay to the LC Issuer for its own account (x) a fronting fee in an amount and at the times agreed upon between the LC Issuer and the Borrower and (y) documentary and processing charges in connection with the issuance or Modification of and draws under Facility LCs in accordance with the LC Issuer’s standard schedule for such charges as in effect from time to time.
