Lead Applicant. Will employ a full time 21st CCLC Coordinator as described in the RFP who will be responsible for the overall implementation of grant funded programming including the supervision of program staff and contractors. Communicate and collaborate with funded school(s)/partnering school(s) about curriculum and instruction. Will provide the coordinator with access to pertinent student information and data for the purpose of designing programming that addresses student needs. Will share, as appropriate, pertinent student information and data with confidentiality agreements for the purpose of meeting state and federal evaluation requirements. Will complete and submit in a timely manner all required paperwork, forms and data related to and associated with the program. Will provide coordinator with access to assessment and other available data for the purposes of program evaluation. Will participate in the evaluation of the program at the local, state, and federal levels. Will ensure the 21st CCLC program has access to needed space to implement a high quality program Will develop and implement a sustainability plan that includes coordination with other funding sources.

As Lead Applicant, C/CAG’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead Applicant. As the Lead Applicant, the City of Oakland ("City 11 commits to all duties and responsibilities corresponding to the Lead Applicant role under the Better Neighborhoods Proposal for the term of the TCC Grant. The City is fully committed to the goals and requirements of the TCC Proposal, the requirements of the TCC Grant, and this Agreement and agrees to take all actions necessary to effectuate the requirements of the TCC Grant in accordance with State of California requirements. As Lead Applicant, the City's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead Applicant. Each Applicant hereby designates and appoints the Parent as its representative and agent on its behalf (the “Lead Applicant”) for the purposes of L/C Requests, delivering certificates, giving and receiving all other notices and consents hereunder or under any of the other Credit Documents and taking all other actions (including in respect of compliance with covenants) on behalf of any Applicant or the Applicants under the Credit Documents. The Lead Applicant hereby accepts such appointment. GE Capital Table of Contents and each other L/C Issuer may regard any notice or other communication pursuant to any Credit Document from the Lead Applicant as a notice or communication from all the Applicants. Each warranty, covenant, agreement and undertaking made on behalf of an Applicant by the Lead Applicant shall be deemed for all purposes to have been made by such Applicant and shall be binding upon and enforceable against such Applicant to the same extent as if the same had been made directly by such Applicant.
Lead Applicant. For the purpose of submitting the 2020 BUILD joint application, Tioga shall serve as the Lead Applicant. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Director of Community Development for Tioga shall serve as the primary point of contact. Tioga shall serve as the primary recipient of the 2020 BUILD award and will be responsible for coordination of any grant requirements with the other Parties.
