LEAD PAINT DISCLOSURE. [Initial only one line] Buyer acknowledges that, prior to signing this contract, Buyer received a Lead Paint Disclosure form and booklet in compliance with the Federal Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 (the “Act”). A copy of the Lead Paint Disclosure is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B. OR Buyer acknowledges that the Property either does not contain any residential buildings, or that all such buildings were constructed after 1978, and that the Act does not apply to this transaction.
