Lead from paint, paint chips and dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, Landlord must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. By signing this Lease, Tenant represents and agrees that Landlord has provided Tenant with such information, including, but not limited to the EPA Booklet Entitled Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home, Disclosure of Information on Lead-Based Paint and Lead-Based Paint Hazards, and San Francisco Lead Hazard Notice for Pxx-0000 Xxxxxxxxx.
