Lead Referrals. Contractor shall use its best efforts to successfully identify potential commercial Customers (i.e. provide leads) for entering into Service Agreements with NewWave Business for NewWave Business’s commercial services. Contractor must submit to NewWave Business a Customer Referral Form listing each potential Customer that Contractor reasonably believes is interested in entering into a Service Agreement with NewWave Business, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, attached hereto (“Customer Referral Form”).
Lead Referrals. AmEx agrees to provide Portable with qualified XMS customer leads (a "Lead") and shall be responsible for the customer development, marketing, and support functions set forth in Exhibit D for which it is designated a Responsible Party. In order to be eligible to receive a rebate in connection with the referral of a Lead, AmEx must complete and submit within thirty (30) days of pre-qualifying a referral, a "Lead Referral Worksheet" in the form of the attached Exhibit E for each sales opportunity AmEx identifies for XMS. Each Lead Referral Worksheet must be completed in all material respects. A Lead Referral Worksheet may be submitted in either paper or electronic form. At least one of the contacts on the Lead Referral Worksheet must be a member of the Prospect's [*] who is directly responsible for the [*] functions.
Lead Referrals. ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic may in its discretion refer to Genuity any -------------- offers to purchase or orders for (i) Genuity Services, or (ii) other services offered by Genuity. Genuity may in its discretion refer to ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic any offers or prospective offers to purchase the Genuity Services. Any such referral shall be made in accordance with applicable federal law and Section 2.4 of this Agreement. If either party makes such a referral, the referring party shall not, without advance notice to the other, independently pursue sale of the referred opportunity with the potential customer unless the other fails to pursue such referral within a reasonable time. Genuity and ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic shall develop, no later than sixty (60) days following the Effective Date (as defined in Section 6.1 of this Agreement) a mutually agreed upon lead referral program that includes a commission to be paid by the party that completes a sale pursuant to a referral.
Lead Referrals. In those cases where Concur gets a lead referral from one of their referral partners or from another third party, and if the lead referral is an existing ADP client in the Territory, then Concur will pass the lead to the ADP salesforce for closing. Lead Referrals. Cash America shall have the right to create and maintain a hyperlink from any website owned and controlled by Cash America (“Cash America Website”) to an Enova Website to allow potential Customers to click-through to an Enova Website for the purpose of originating or arranging a consumer loan. Cash America shall, at its own cost and expense, provide all Internet connections, equipment, operating systems, and software required for Cash America to use an Enova Website as set forth in this Agreement in accordance with the technical requirements of an Enova Website provided by Enova. Cash America and any person or entity under Cash America’s control shall comply at all times with the terms of use of Enova and any acceptable use policy of any third-party service provider provided by Enova to Cash America in writing with respect to an Enova Website in connection with its use of an Enova Website as set forth in this Agreement. Cash America shall not, and shall not permit any person under Cash America’s control to make derivative works of an Enova Website; reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive source code from an Enova Website; use or allow the use of an Enova Website in contravention of any applicable law; introduce into an Enova Website any virus or other code or routine intended to damage or disrupt an Enova Website; use an Enova Website by means of “framing,” “deeplinking,” “robots,” “bots,” “spiders,” “datamining,” “scraping,” or any other similar automated method except as expressly permitted in this Agreement; or otherwise act in a fraudulent, malicious, or negligent manner when using an Enova Website. For the purposes of this Agreement, each customer provided to an Enova Website through a link on the Cash America Website to whom Enova subsequently originates or arranges a consumer loan that is ultimately funded to the consumer shall be referred to individually as a “Lead Referral” and collectively as the “Lead Referrals.”
Lead Referrals. All Leads provided to SNAPSHOT by Synercard are given for the sole purpose of promoting and supplying the Leads with Asure ID Connect, Asure ID Express, Asure ID Enterprise, Asure ID Server or Synercard related products. Talent Solutions Affiliate may, on a nonexclusive basis, refer leads to LinkedIn for third-party customers (“Clients”) located in the Territory described in Exhibit B interested in purchasing from LinkedIn the Corporate Solutions Services (“CSS”) set forth in Exhibit A, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. LinkedIn reserves the right to add, remove or modify the CSS and will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify Talent Solutions Affiliate of material changes in a timely manner. LinkedIn will be under no obligation to continue the marketing or provisioning any of the CSS or to market the CSS to any leads referred by Talent Solutions Affiliate. LinkedIn will be under no obligation to Talent Solutions Affiliate to continue any aspect of LinkedIn’s business.

Referral Agent shall use its best efforts to successfully identify potential commercial Customers (i.e. provide leads) for entering into Customer Agreements with Spectrum for Spectrum’s commercial services. Referral Agent must submit to Spectrum a Customer Referral Form listing each potential Customer that Agent reasonably believes is interested in entering into a Customer Agreement with Spectrum.
