Patient Referrals. Professional Business Manager and the Practice agree that the benefits to the Practice hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission, or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Professional Business Manager to patients of the Practice in any facility, laboratory, center, or health care operation controlled, managed, or operated by Professional Business Manager.
Patient Referrals. Business Manager and Practice agree that the ----------------- benefits afforded either party hereunder are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission or any other arrangement for, the provision of any item or service offered by Business Manager or Practice.

The parties agree that the benefits to Group ----------------- hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the admission, referral or any other arrangements for the provision of any item or service offered by Manager or any affiliate of Manager to any of Group's Patients in any facility owned or controlled, managed or operated by Manager or any affiliate of Manager.

The Parties agree that the benefits to Provider ----------------- hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission, treatment, or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Service Company to patients of Provider in any facility, laboratory, or dental care operation controlled, managed, or operated by Service Company.
Patient Referrals. OSMI and Provider agree that the benefits afforded either party hereunder are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission or any other arrangement for, the provision of any item or service offered by OSMI or Provider.
Patient Referrals. The parties agree that the benefits to the PC hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the admission, referral or any other arrangements for the provision of any item or service offered by MANAGEMENT SERVICES or any Affiliate, as defined in Section 8.21 of this Agreement, of MANAGEMENT SERVICES to any of the PC’s Patients in any facility or laboratory controlled, managed or operated by MANAGEMENT SERVICES or any Affiliate of MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
Patient Referrals. It is not a purpose of this Agreement to induce or encourage the referral of patients. The parties agree that the benefits to P.A. and Service Company do not require, are not payment or inducement for, and are not in any way contingent upon the admission, referral or any other arrangement for the provisions of any item or service offered by Service Company to any of P.A.'s patients or for the referral of any patient.
Patient Referrals. Practice Manager and Medical Practice agree that the benefits to Medical Practice hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission, or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Practice Manager to any patient of Medical Practice in any facility, laboratory, or hospital controlled, managed, or operated by Practice Manager or its affiliates.
Patient Referrals. If you refer a patient to another doctor, you shall do so in compliance with Data Protection Laws and applicable professional rules or laws.
Patient Referrals. The parties agree that the benefits and compensation paid to Physician under this Agreement are fair market value for services rendered and do not require, are not payment to induce nor are in an any way contingent upon, the referral of patients or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by MCPA. The parties to this Agreement agree that no payments made under this Agreement are made in return for or to induce any person to: (i) refer an individual to anyone for the furnishing or arranging for the furnishing of items or services for which payment may be made in whole or in part under Medicare or Medicaid; or, (ii) purchase, lease, order or arrange for or recommend purchasing, leasing or ordering any good, facility, service or item for which payment may be made in whole or in part under Medicare or Medicaid.
