Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement WITTIJ reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at xxxxxx.xxx, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time WITTIJ decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
Adoption of Subsequent Orders to Incorporate Terms That a State Mortgage Regulator, if deemed necessary under the laws and regulations of the corresponding Participating State, may issue a separate administrative order to adopt and incorporate the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A State Mortgage Regulator may sua sponte issue such subsequent order without the review and approval of Respondent provided the subsequent order does not amend, alter, or otherwise change the terms of the Agreement. In the event a subsequent order amends, alters, or otherwise changes the terms of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement, as set forth herein, will control.
Anti-‐Abuse Policy i. Registry Operator’s Anti-‐Abuse Policy will be required under the Registry Registrar Agreement and posted on the Registry Operator’s web site.
Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
Changes in Insurance Requirements Not more frequently than once annually, if in the opinion of District the amount of the foregoing insurance coverages is not adequate or the type of insurance or its coverage adequacy is deemed insufficient, Contractor shall amend the insurance coverage as required by District's Risk Manager or designee.
