Written Approval definition

Written Approval means the Department’s certification of a provider to be a behavior consultant.
Written Approval means approval signified by: (i) any fax, letter or purchase order on Irish Distillers’ notepaper bearing the signature of an Authorised Person, or any other person nominated in writing by an Authorised Person for the purposes of giving Written Approval; (ii) email emanating from the personal email address of an Authorised Person, or of any other person nominated in writing by an Authorised Person for the purposes of giving Written Approval; or (iii) oral approval given by an Authorised Person, or any other person nominated in writing by an Authorised Person for the purposes of giving Written Approval, provided this is in circumstances where time does not permit Written Approval and the said oral approval is confirmed in writing within one Irish business day.
Written Approval means receipt of a certificate signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company setting forth a resolution adopted by a majority of the Disinterested Directors which provides consent to the matter for which Written Approval is required.
