Learning Skills Specialist. This position is responsible to the Associate Vice-President (Student Services and Enrolment Management) and University Registrar. The positions may include duties as follows: a) consult with individual students and groups of students with regard to their learning skills needs, b) assess the learning skills needs of individual students and groups of students, c) develop, implement, evaluate, and revise programs to meet the learning skills needs of individual students and groups of students, d) design and develop programs which may involve cooperative endeavours with Faculty, e) engage in research activities related to professional development and educational programming, and
