Common use of Lease and License Clause in Contracts

Lease and License. a. Supra leases and licenses to Keyholder for the Term (as defined in Section 3 below) the XpressKEY (which may be new or refurbished) and its Software, if chosen; or grants to Keyholder a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ▇▇▇▇ Professional Software or ▇▇▇▇ Basic Software (collectively, the “▇▇▇▇”), if chosen. b. Supra leases iBoxes to Keyholder for the Term and grants Keyholder a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software incorporated in the iBox. c. Regardless of whether Keyholder has selected the XpressKEY or ▇▇▇▇ (collectively, “Key”), Supra grants to Keyholder a limited non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the Term to use Supra’s computer network accessible to Keyholder through third-party telecommunication and internet services (the “Network”), which is necessary for the use and operation of the Key and for access to Supra’s Keybox Information Manager database (the “▇▇▇ Database”).
