Exterior Walls Sample Clauses
The "Exterior Walls" clause defines the responsibilities and standards related to the construction, maintenance, or repair of a building's outer walls. Typically, it specifies which party—such as a landlord or tenant—is responsible for keeping the exterior walls in good condition, addressing issues like weatherproofing, structural integrity, and appearance. This clause ensures that the building's exterior remains safe, functional, and visually acceptable, thereby preventing disputes over maintenance obligations and protecting the property's value.
