LEASE CONTAINS ALL AGREEMENTS. It is expressly acknowledged and agreed by the parties hereto that the Lease and the exhibits attached hereto and forming a part hereof as of the date hereto set forth all of the promises, agreements, conditions and understandings between Lessor and Lessee with respect to the Lands, and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements or understandings and that there are no promises, agreements, conditions or understandings, either oral or written, between them with respect to the Lands as of the date hereof other than are herein set forth. It is further acknowledged and agreed that no subsequent alteration, amendment, change or addition to this Lease shall be binding upon Lessor and Lessee unless reduced to writing and executed by them.

It is further acknowledged and agreed that no subsequent alteration, amendment, change or addition to this Lease shall be binding upon Lessor and Lessee unless reduced to writing and executed by them.
