Incur or create new capital lease obligations or purchase money Indebtedness in any fiscal year in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate for the Company and its Subsidiaries. Permit aggregate capital lease obligations and purchase money Indebtedness outstanding at any one time to exceed $2,000,000 in the aggregate for the Company and its Subsidiaries.
