Lease for the Benefit of Parties. The provisions of this Lease shall run for the Term of this Lease (including any Extension Terms) and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Lessor and Lessee and their respective successors and assigns. These provisions shall be enforced, as provided hereinafter, by Lessor or by Lessee for their respective benefit or protection.
