Common use of Lease in Full Force and Effect Clause in Contracts

Lease in Full Force and Effect. Except as herein provided, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed. Without limitation of the foregoing, Section 26.08 of the Lease (as amended hereby) shall apply to this Amendment and to the Lease (as amended hereby).
